are increase price of RON 95 necessary?

There are rumors about RON 95 fuel price which will be increased recently. It is quite ridiculous about the increase of the fuel price,more particularly, it happens in a oil production country. People, we as tax payers, truthfully, cannot understand why the petrol price keep on increasing which is moving in other way compared to decrease of the international oil price. Some may thought that as our country cannot afford for bankruptcy so as a responsible citizen, we should sacrifice our own for the country future. However, is it true? Malaysia is the second largest oil and natural gas producer in Southeast Asia. Shouldn't we benefit from it?

I think we should start stop finger pointing and do something to fix the hole.First of all, removing subsidy is certainly not the best solution for tackling the problem. When we remove the subsidy, the poor will suffer the most, provided that rich still can afford such increase in the basic items. Perhaps we can start to impose more tax on the richer guys. It can help a lot if the rich can start to take the national economy into their heart. Secondly, we also can start to change our living lifestyle. If one day without a car, can we still survive in Malaysia? Driving car whole day for sure is not the only solution which can serve our days, we can include more public transportation in our life. But considering the current situation on the public transportation, eg. delay on arriving time, always stop working, it is not sustainable for us as tax payer to take the public transportation, even though it can make our life easier.

Some people may argue that what is wrong for increasing the petrol price. We are still the lowest in the asia regions compared to other country. But wait for a moment, considering the income of Malaysia, if compared to other Asia country, are we the highest? If we try to increase our petrol price, can we also get the basic salary increase to RM1800 to reduce the economy burden. The Special One may not agree, it may create a lot of excuse that become obstacle on the development of our country. We are running out of time, as there are a lot of talent migrant from our malaysia while our government are focusing on the bumiputera economy and playing the fire with race relationshipos. Times for us to step aside the political chaos, and focus on our economy policy. The fiscal problem will be worse if we are not going to tackle it now.

I, As a malaysian, hoping can still enjoy a pack of nasi lemak with only RM 1.50, but not RM3. it make malaysia a better place to stay.God bless us.

I am the Sun reader. Personally speaking, i feel the report is not biased towards the government or the opposition. Both side are given equal length of report for voicing out their point of views, which make me grow.

Today theSun give an headline" human rights alert". Such a headline is quite gruesome and it should be able to stir up a lot of debate in malaysia. There is undeniable that human rights, as a basic property of a Malaysia citizen, is always been put under scrutinized. A lot of people argues that we, as malaysian always enjoy the peace tact among race and has been given unlimited of freedom. We speak as we like without any worry of being detained. But there is not the whole fact. Recently a review on the act which allow the suspect to be detained without any trial is an violation of human right. Furthermore, it is submitted to the house without given the MP enough time for debating the pros and cons of it. IT looks like it is just one of tools for particular party to stop the opposition view and anybody who dare to point out their mistake. 

Everyone are considered innocent until proven guilty. But if they are innocent, should they be detained in a small room, provided that they do nothing wrong? Where are our human rights? Imagine, if one day you walk on the way towards to school, suddenly there is a madman come out, fingerpoint at you and shouted that  "He is a murder", should we be detained for 90 days? That is ridiculous and obviously violate the human right. Just because others' rumor, we  as the people of this nation, had to be sent to jail without proper trial. I personally do not think that this is a good idea to having such improper law to be passed in the senate. if it is passed, it willl be a disaster for our people and left a lot of negative consequences to our future generation. The consequences can be like living cautiously in our home, do not wish to accept others critic. 

I agree that we might need some special act to be able to hold the criminals. But It should not be at a cost of Malaysian people. Some criminals if they are involved in murder case, rape case, they should be detained in the police station. It is one of way to stop them for being running away. It should be listed down and stated distinctly in the law. Before the SPECIAL ONE who table it to the Senate, the proposal should be debated between different NGO, especially in Malaysian Bars. Not proposal about modifying or replacing the law should be submitted to The House without proper concern of memebers in Malaysian Bars, as they are the one who know the laws which ideally every statement should be made without any ambiguity. Only then, the rest of us can be assured that our human right is not being violated.

Hopefully our nation will be better once those better law get passed in the senate and get approval. Not sedition act, not national harmony act, but only the people act should be allowed to list in the bar. 

nonsense 26/9

Today i go to office, suddenly see that my Ir manager go into office and shout, obviously this should not be. but the next moment, i saw that Ah poon go in, all the situation change.

Today Abex company come to service the ultrasound machine. It is quite a easy task.
Then is Lee come to repair Sister Pricilla ripple mattress, he mentioned that one is to replace it, another one is stick the clothes on it, i personally think that we should replace it.

Today Samsung promise that they will come to repair TV, but sad they do not attend it.
I start to clean all the service job sheet and clear all the job, but still not manage to finish it. perhaps i am not that good.

We discuss about idea that having a company to handle with all the biomedical equipments, i personally like the idea, if that is the case, then i can leave the hospital without any regret and worrying. I think i can survive in any corner of work, after working in this organization for one year, there is nothing you cannot complete, but it is whether where is your will is.

Today i accompanying Ah Poon who just came back from China to repair the glass door in the VIP room toilet. This type of glass door has design problem, it use allen key to lock the holder. when there is repeatedly open and close on the door, the door after long time will loose,then it cannot work anymore, we need to adjust it back. I personally think that glass door in the VIP room is unnecessary, as it post mechanical hazard to the patients.

Today Ah Poon demonstrate how to welding back the stand for the blood pressure monitor, it is quite a weird. I just understand that it should not have insulation item below to hold it, else the current is not enough, then it will generate enough power for it. therefore, this type of thing we should pay attention next time. tomorrow should try welding back the lazy chair. good to learn new thing today.

hopefully things will get better tomorrow.

so fast, it is 25/9 already, i almost work as biomedical engineer in the hopsital for one year.

today i go to dentist clinic to watch a service engineer to service the Kavo Dental Chair unit made by Gallas, it is actually a quite nice dental chair. one type of germany product. 

imagine when i was young, i used to sleep on the dental chair until it finish.now i realize it is such an expensive equipment, inside has a lot of complicated circuit. The engineer Boon talked about having a cover on the button, (same thing happen in OT), hygiene is first priority wherever it is in contact with the human blood. when the blood begin to dry, then it will be become clot, which is harder the casing, it will cause damage to dental chair. It is under contract service, when the engineer do the service, he changed the O ring and washer, those easily under wear and tear to keep the machine fresh. One thing worth to mention is that when a contract signed as rm 20000 for two year PPM servicing, it means every time the company come to service, hospital will pay rm10000 for each service. When hospital signed the contract, the company will automatically discount 20% for the spare part, provided that not extra charge will occur in breakdown call. somehow, i think it is good for so many company come hospital to service, so i can learn from them. Quite interesting actually. 

Today help to repair the decotion machine, unexpectedly that when you use level bar to meaure the level in limited space, it do not work. you can use spanner thickness to measure the height of the hole. if every part is the same, then it means it is in balance condition. 

Futhermore, today i learn to repair chinese ward the sealer machine. The easily spoilt part, as taught by Mr.Leong, is the micro switch damage and the bottom wire spoilt. It is actually quite a lot work to do. 

tomorrow going to find samsung to repair tv. at the same time, hoping the weighing scale excel company will come to calibrate the weighing scale.

Helping clerk do documentation 24.9.2013

As a biomedical engineer, working in a Tungshin hospital maintenance is never an easy job, but i still feel happy on it. I feel energetic when i can contribute to the society. When I see a person who walk safely throughout our hospital without worrying much on the safety of equipment, i feel excellent.

Sometimes i also get tired, how come people in the office cannot cooperate? they never realize that if they can help each other together, each one will be benefit from the cooperation, in that case, we call it win win situation

In today work, i helped clerk to settle the invoice issues.
I managed to see that Mr.Leong open the wall suction regulator the Penlon one, the casing once you open, you have to use elephant glue to glue back, you have not choice. The only way you can put the casing back, is to use the superglue

Only the adhesive glue can glue the clothes, i help cmd nurse to glue back the bp cuff, originally i plan to use staple however, it may hurt the patient, so i decide to leave it away.

i also settle the deal with bodox seal, one type of seal which used on the pin index

It was introduced along with the pin index safety system during the 1950s." .the purchasing ask whether we buy one or two, people normally purchase one box. haiz, so sad, when our manager go to argue with purchasing department, they start to fight back. "

Today we discuss about the light bulb problem on the Stryker X7000 camera system, whether it is an xenon bulb module or just replace one bulb, so i email to hospimetrix technical department hope can get some information



When we criticize others, we should look at ourselves first before finger pointing, i will keep this as principal throughout my life.

after passing ielts with 7.5 in average, i suddenly realize that actually to leave UM is nothing. It actually let me grow, make me stronger. It is correct in this way that what do not kill you will make you stronger. I learn a lot throughout the hospital.

For example, today morning i go to decoction room which has team leader guided it. The task i am given is to solve the malfuction of four decoction machine. The first one i meet is one of the ELCB switch spoilt. The solution i give is to replace the ELCB switch and turned on the machine.
Next, i go to solve the next, which has air leaking from the bottom of steel bar. It actually is sustaintable after i manage to fix it.

afternoon, i go to scope room. the wall suction regulator is malfunction, as the diagpharam are someway stuck in the middle. Then i just cleaned it and replace the canister. It fixed the problem.

The most difficulty problem i face today is the oxygen leakage from the oxygen point on the wall. The oxygen leaked from the pipe. I tried very hard to tighten it but i fail to do it. Finally i decide to ask help from my supervisor Mr.Leong. He managed to open the casing of oxygen panel, by open up the side screw, which nobody can opened it in my department. His efficiency is the one make me admire the most. Imagine i try so hard to fix it for whole day, he solved the problem in just fifteen minutes.

I realized i still not able to cope with his skill, i will try to catch up and will hope one day i manage to reach his level.
